Some students tried their hand at 2D animation shorts. Given the learning curve, the unforgiving nature of 2D animation, the short time allotted, and the challenges involved, I’m impressed every year when student are able to complete even a 5 second animation with the time given. One student had previous animation experience, but four days is still a tall order to fill.
